Dear Shocked Bill Recipient:

For 10+ years I served as a healthcare lab sales executive. I LOVE MODERN DAY INNOVATIONS IN HEALTHCARE!!! However, the insurance coverage is always a little bit complex for all parties involved. It was common for me to field calls from concerned doctors or patients who had ordered a lab test, but was eventually denied by the insurance provider. Or even worse, it WAS covered…but their patients ever rising deductibles were unmet. Good Grief! It was because of that experience my dream for DocMyBill came to life. While I know for some medical care is inevitable, saving money on it should be too.
